"On Friday, January 23, 2009, I made a phone call to John Hooper – late
in the day – concerning a question about recording a specific lunch
greeting for our phones. My mindset was, ‘this is a Friday afternoon
and I am calling late so I probably won’t get any service.’ Boy, was I
wrong. John was accommodating, upbeat, and very helpful. He immediately
offered to come out to the office, or, he offered to coach me on the
phone. I opted for the coaching. He spent over an hour coaching me – in
a very patient, kind way. Please keep in mind he was dealing with
someone who does NOT do well with machines – phones included. John not
only guided me through, but I was actually able to record the message,
create a mailbox for it, and felt comfortable passing the information
onto the office staff! In summary, the customer service I received was
fantastic. I never felt rushed, like a ‘bother’ on a Friday afternoon,
or ‘just another customer.’"
