Seacom Extends Cabling Capability with New Equipment

Seacom Incorporated is pleased to announce the acquisition of a state of the art Cabling Installation System manufactured by Beast Cabling Systems of Arlington, Virginia. The new system will speed the installation of horizontal cabling, while not sacrificing the quality of cabling installations that Seacom customers have come to rely on.
Richmond, Virginia – March, 2008 Seacom Incorporated is pleased to announce the acquisition of a state of the art Cabling Installation System manufactured by Beast Cabling Systems of Arlington, Virginia. The new system will speed the installation of horizontal cabling, while not sacrificing the quality of cabling installations that Seacom customers have come to rely on.
The new system allows the installation of cabling through a series of methods that reduce waste, better organize and protect cable during the physical installation process. This system also preserves headroom performance at a higher level than conventional installation methods.
Lynn Neeley, Vice President of Operations at Seacom said “We recognize the need to add value to our customers' project's while still maintaining a high level of quality. We are always looking for installation methods that reduce waste and add a measure of quality assurance. In today's market higher performing cable requires us to pay close attention to the methods we use to install cable. The new system greatly reduces the possibility of damage to the cable and allows us to complete our installations more quickly."
