Service Agreement Announced

Seacom, Inc. has announced plans to begin offering Service Agreements for its ESTech Telephone System installations as well as associated paging and presents management equipment.

October 30, 2008 – Glen Allen, VA – Seacom, Inc. has announced plans to begin offering Service Agreements for its ESTech Telephone System installations as well as associated paging and presents management equipment.

Seacom, with offices in Richmond and Charlottesville Va, will begin offering the Service Agreements in November for all new systems installation as well as existing installation that incorporate the ESTech product line. The agreements will cover repair and/or replacement of faulty components, and provide additional benefits such as priority response, post install onsite training, offsite programming, telephone set template updates, and discounts for future purchases.

Seacom’s agreement will provide a response time of 4 hours or less between the hours of 7AM and 4PM. The company plans to offer guaranteed response times and cover systems 24/7 beginning the first quarter of 2009.

The initial offering will cover phone system installations only but plans are to expand the agreement to cover other systems Seacom designs and installs including; structured cabling, Audio Visual, Security, and Wireless.
