Service Agreement
Your communication systems are critical to your day-to-day operations so it is critical that your systems remain in good working order at all times. Proper maintenance will ensure that you receive the maximum return on your investment by reducing the risk of downtime and costly repairs. With your Seacom Service Agreement you have peace of mind that your system will be properly maintained and updated by trained professionals, and your normal service and repair costs will be covered.
Maintenance Agreements
Service Calls Seacom will diagnose and repair or replace equipment covered under our Maintenance Agreement at no additional charge. Simply contact our Service Department at 804-262-0052 to request service.
Calls received during our business hours of 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday will be personally answered by a customer service representative who will schedule and dispatch a service technician to arrive within 4 hours of your call.
Calls received at other times will be answered by an auto attendant that will prompt you to dial extension 112 and leave a voice message. A customer service representative will return your call by 8 AM the following business day to schedule and dispatch a service technician.
Preventative Maintenance/Tune-Up Service Seacom will make a scheduled visit to your site once a year at no additional charge to inspect your systems components and accessories, and when applicable to install available software updates. If we detect problems or potential problems, this enables us to correct them before a system or component failure occurs.
Support Line If you need assistance or have questions about your systems operation or programming, unlimited telephone support is available to all Maintenance Agreement holders. Call our Service Department at 804-262-0052 during business hours of 8 AM to 4 PM to connect to a Seacom representative. If your system allows remote programming, we can quickly make the changes you need without the need of a site visit.
Preferred Customer Pricing Your Maintenance Agreement automatically elevates you to Preferred Customer status. Preferred Customers receive discounts of up to 10% on purchases of new equipment and related installation charges.
Additional On-Site Training Your Maintenance Agreement includes 4 hours per year of on-site training at no additional charge. This service is perfect for when you are hiring new staff or need a refresher on how to get the most value from your Communications Systems.
